- ¶ Just wanted to pass on an attaboy from one of our crews from last night / this morning concerning [Citation X]. I have copied the email from them to this email to let you know your crew from last night that cleaned our aircraft did an excellent job. This doesn't get passed on as much as the "bad cleanings" do so I wanted to make sure you were made aware of this. Again thanks for your support of our aircraft and owners. "Per [Captain]: Not sure who should get the message but if you could pass along that the airplane was cleaned in DuPage, Illinois last night and the crew who did the work did a great job. ¶ "Had an urgent cleaning last night at Signature fruit smashed into the carpet. Two young girls were still working on it when we showed up at 0530 today. They did a fantastic job on the aircraft and the carpets were spotless. Please pass along our "job well done" to them."

- "We left 633 at Signature in MDW last night, to take back out this morning. Had a blue sticker on the door today. As we approached, it was very apparent that the exterior had been thoroughly cleaned and buffed. Even the tires were dressed up! Upon entering the cabin, one could see it was detailed very nicely. With further examination, this interior was done from top to bottom. Even the flight deck was accomplished!!! I could go on and on. This was BY FAR the most complete and BEST job I have seen in the Excel fleet. I felt compelled to pass this along. Please be sure that the proper folks are thanked for the excellent job. I hope that more business is placed in their direction."
- "I am currently in 748. Last night 748 was cleaned and it was done in the most professional manner and the greatest cleaning I have ever seen. Every corner seems to have been thoroughly cleaned. This has been one of the greatest cleaning vendors I have seen. Personally, I hope that our entire fleet gets done by this company."
